Our Story
Born in the Bondi Line-up
Bondi Surf Girls started the way most good things do — a few women paddling out together on a Wednesday morning, swapping stories in the car park after, wondering why there wasn't a proper home for crews like ours.
Word got out. The group chat grew. One Wednesday became every Wednesday, coffee became socials, socials became surf trips. Somewhere along the way we realised we weren't just a surf group — we were a community.
Today, we're a home for women who love the ocean. Whether you're catching your very first wave or chasing down the next swell, there's a spot in the line-up for you.

First wave or hundredth, we start every session the same way — with a smile and a plan to have fun.
Built by surfers
Every part of BSG was built by women who actually paddle out. If it doesn't make surfing better, we don't do it.
Locally rooted
Bondi is home. We know the locals, the coffee shops, the quiet peaks — and we love sharing it with the crew.
Ocean first
We look after the beach that looks after us. Small things — picking up rubbish, respecting lineups, backing each other in the water.
